[UI] The Ajax throbber behavior issue

Problem/Motivation

The Ajax throbber does not have the correct behavior.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the `Event`(for example) page.
  2. Click on the `Follow/Unfollow content` button.
  3. Check the behavior of the Ajax throbber.

Proposed resolution

Improve the Ajax throbber position.
