Problem/Motivation

The Create Translation Request form is taking the current language as source language rather than the entity language.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Create Translation Request form with a different language than the entity language.

Proposed resolution

Use the entity language rather than the current language.

Remaining tasks

Update buildForm() to get the entity language and use it as source language.
