Replace Grunt and Gulp with RollUp

Problem/Motivation

Grunt workflow has been removed as of Materialize v2.1.1
Proposal to implement RollUp in Materialize – Google Material base theme as default compiler
Beside changing the workflow it would be great if we can compile from the Materialize repository by npm with extending functionality instead of placing all the TS (or currently JS) components in the Materialize – Google Material base theme, for the sake of simplicity towards updating to new Materialize framework releases

Proposed resolution

• Replace Grunt and Gulp workflows with RollUp
• Implement Materialize by loading it as an npm package
• Extend with the necessary custom features in order to make the Materialize framework work as Drupal theme
