Drupal 11 compatibility release timeline?

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10 now has less than 12 months of support left and a timely upgrade to version 11 is the best move. Are there any plans to fix upgradeability problems soon? Or to provide some kind of interim solution that would unblock the upgrade for basic use and address other bugs later on?

I tried the latest patch and it makes the module ready for upgrade, however, composer is still grabbing info from Git and then the upgrade fails.
