Problem/Motivation

We'd like to have the option to have citations display on the initial page load.

Steps to reproduce

A fresh page gives the option to select a citation, but the site default is not chosen by default, and a selection must be made before any citation is displayed

Proposed resolution

I have a merger request which adds some config options, and populates the bibliography field using configured defaults.

None. The site will be identical until the site administrator checks Show citation by default
