ECA Form: add basic states API support for fields

Problem/Motivation

Basic states support would allow site builders to do certain things that otherwise requires the conditional_fields module.

It requires a selector field for the remote field.

The following states may be applied to a form field:

  • enabled
  • disabled
  • required
  • optional
  • visible
  • invisible
  • checked
  • unchecked
  • expanded
  • collapsed

The following states may be used in remote conditions:

  • empty
  • filled
  • checked
  • unchecked
  • expanded
  • collapsed
  • value
