Interesting one! I'll have to solve it over at 🐛 Reduce redundant batch runner Active as its heavily overlapping code.
When selecting more than one source, all translations end up in one of the sources. For instance, if you have a block with description 1,2,3 and another block with description 4,5,6 then the translation of block 2 will be 1,2,3 4,5,6.
I've also noticed it's pulling in fields to translate from other jobs, in my case I was translating a block and it threw errors about missing fields, and it added the body of a node to the translation of the block's body field.
1. Create 2 entities. Provide a text to translate (One, two, three for the first, and Four, five, six for the second).
2. Go to the "Sources" page of TMGMT. Select both entities and initiate a translation.
3. Inspect the entities and you'll find the translations to be mixed up.
