Migrate Payment Methods [D7 to D10 ]

Problem/Motivation

We're doing a Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 migration. Drupal 7 uses Commerce Recurring and Card on file. We've migrated Users, Commerce products, Orders, Payment Gateway successfully but there does not seem to be any migrations for User's Payment Methods (Card on File).

Is it possible to migrate the user's Payment Methods and stored credit card data from D7 to D10.

Note that we're using Stripe as the payment gateway.
