These payment gateway companies keep changing things!!
As far as I can tell, this module uses the Elavon Converge API. It uses the hostname https://api.convergepay.com or https://api.demo.convergepay.com
It seems that they've superseded this with the Elavon Payment Gateway, as of around October 2024. This is cloud-based, and has a different endpoint hostname (https://uat.api.converge.eu.elavonaws.com, might be only the test hostname).
I can't work out if the API is different, but I think it is. If so, do we modify this module, or create a new one?
