Remove lock to twig <=3.14.0 once #3485956 in core is resolved

Problem/Motivation

💬 Updating phpstan and twig via Composer generates a blank page when editing a node Active breaks everything for now, until it is resolved in core, locking to 3.14.0 max

Steps to reproduce

Unrelated to footnotes, just need this to remind to remove the lock
