Composer (previous major) seems to be running as expected: https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/genpass-3486092/-/jobs/3279676, loading the correct image (8.1-apache)
It might have been an indentation issue in the
variablessection on your file. -

Getting the 2.0.x branch going meant overriding
_TARGET_PHP_IMAGE_VARIANT: 'apache'for all builds. Specific composer job override didn't work, or I didn't have the right syntax.Regardless, it kept choosing the wrong image for previous major.
