Insecure links in launch widgets

Problem/Motivation

The links in the launch widgets start with http:// even though https:// works. This causes Chrome to warn that the site being visited is insecure.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the Drupal 11 app.
  2. Click the application URL.

Proposed resolution

Use secure links.
