Problem/Motivation

This module allows fieldsets to be either collapsed or uncollapsed.

However, a very useful option would be to allow the fieldset to be collapsed only if no filters are active. That way, someone applying filters to their results and then trying to refine the filters further (after viewing the first result set) doesn't have to reopen the fieldset every single time.
