extraFieldSettingsForm has no context

Problem/Motivation

The settings I want to offer depend on the node-bundle (bundle and entity-id).
This I cant retreive in extraFieldSettingsForm().

Proposed resolution

Add Parameters to this Function in the corresponding classes simply by passing
parameters given in ExtraFieldPlusDisplayTrait::getExtraFieldSettingsForm()

Remaining tasks

I add a patch to extend the functionality as describes above...
