Add search and more filters to case studies overview page

Drupal version isn't too relevant nowadays, the shifts between Drupal 9/10/11 are not like 5/6/7.

For modules used, we'll have to see how much this is actually used. I think in many cases, the people updating the case studies might not have all the technical details and leave it blank.

Agree. But the request for adding a search by title remains. 🤓
