Validation errors should toggle containing tabs in Mercury Editor dialogs

If a "Layout" paragraph has content fields and applicable style options, it will have three tabs: Content, Layout, and Styles, with Layout being toggled be default. Validation errors in the "Content" tab should trigger the "Content" tab being toggled -- otherwise, users have no idea what field is causing the validation issue and the resulting user experience is confusing.
