"Entity field" condition is missing entirely in latest Drupal core 10.3.6

Problem/Motivation

The QA section of the project page says we can choose "Entity field" as a condition when creating a Context, but I see no such condition on Drupal 10.3.6 and the latest version of this module or the dev version.

Steps to reproduce

Install latest Drupal core (10.3.6 currently)
Install Context and Context UI (5.0.0-rc1 currently)
Install Context Entity Field (2.0.0-alpha3 currently)
Create a Context and try to add condition "Entity field," but it is not there

Proposed resolution

This is my first time using this combination of modules, so I can't say when it stopped working. I was hoping to use this module rather than entity_field_condition because the latter is patched and doesn't work with mini_layout, which Context does.
