In Drupal 10.3 I'm not getting the health reports any more. The report seems to be cached forever, even though no cache is set in the header.
Install OhDear Integration, enable Application health check for a site and configure. The first report is displayed correctly. After that only the cached version is shown, resulting in the error in OhDear.
Find out why this is cached in Drupal 10.3. Then disable the cache.
