Adding external URLs with protocol using linkit always adds anchor link

He, I think there is a problem with anchor link and external URLs.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add Anchor Link + External to your linkit profile
- Add link on formatted text field using linkit tool button
- Add e.g. www.google.com
--> the protocol https:// is automatically added and the link is working
- Add an other link on formatted text field using linkit tool button
- Add e.g. https://www.google.com
--> Even not selecting the anchor suggestion and directly clicking on the green checkbox - always '#' is added in front of the link (#https://google.com)
