"When roll a release?"
- Yes, basic policy is to always create a new release after a non-trivial commit.
- Exceptions are e.g. docs-only commits, and sprints where commits are collected.
- If you're confident, roll a minor release like 1.5.
- If it's more experimental, roll 1.5-rc first (yes, d.o supports it)
- If you want to leverage semver patch releases, feel free to bump to 2.0.0.
