Space in filename is causing issues with config import

Problem/Motivation

When doing a configuration import (drush cim) the import fails on a file with a space in its name. This has been found to be in the theme package dating back to 8+ years ago.

Steps to reproduce

Using cloned sites (which have identical uuids, so that cex/cem will work):

  1. Do a drush cex on a development site.
  2. Transfer the configuration to a cloned site.
  3. Do a drush cim on the other site to import the configuration.

Proposed resolution

Remove the file with the space in its name. It looks like a commit artifact from around 8+ years ago.

    From the looks of the contents of the files, the file with the space in the name should probably just be removed. But being new to Drupal and
    themes, this should be confirmed by someone more knowledgeable than me.
