Including all theme libraries; Can't test component in isolation

Problem/Motivation

The rendered component (generated by this module and fetched by Storybook) seems to be including all site libraries (CSS and JS), just like a regular site webpage. While this allows the component to look good in Storybook, it causes an issue where we can't test the component in isolation (with only its own library/ies).
