Why does the hamburger menu appear on the desktop AND regular mega menu missing ?

Why does the hamburger menu appear on the desktop AND regular mega menu missing even though I ticked off "Always use hamburger" ?

I use ultimenu 3.0.5 and also tried 3.0.4 but the problem still exists.

Although there's no problem with mobile (off canvas works normally when hamburger menu clicked), there's no regular menu on desktop only hamburger mobile menu shows up.

Haven't touch anything since yesterday, and it works now. Maybe the cron do the job. Thank you gausarts.
