Lazy load video thumb image

Problem/Motivation

Simple request: it would be helpful if the Video Thumb Image used “loading=lazy” to improve page load performance. By default, Drupal usually sets image fields to “lazy.”

Alternatively, could there be an option to select either “eager” or “lazy”?
