Broken block content after import

Hello, I have a problem with importing content with Content Synchronizer. I use the Winns theme in my Drupal. I create sticky pages where I place content blocks to display the information. In the export process there is no problem but when I import on another machine, on another Drupal installation, the blocks are broken on the page (the uuids are different).

I have exported the pages and blocks at the same time and I have tried importing pages and blocks in different orders and the promise is always the same.
I have tried to use other modules as a complement (Fixed Block Content) but the problem is not completely solved. There are fixed block types supplied by the theme that do not export them well as configuration, they remain incomplete.

Could you help me solve this problem with Content Synchronizer? Alternatively, can I complement it with other modules so that the import does not lose those blocks?
