Problem/Motivation

The contact link in the footer is a hard coded placeholder: https://gitlab.com/devpanel-vn/drupal-forge/-/blob/main/web/themes/custo...

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the contact link.
  2. You are taken to the top of the home page.

Proposed resolution

Contact link should go to the project issue queue, which should have submission guidelines for using it to contact us or using the maintainer contact forms for private messages.

Remaining tasks

  1. Fix contact link in footer.
  2. Create issue submission guidelines.
