Problem/Motivation

Multiple adjacent links lead to the same location in content small teasers for lists

Steps to reproduce

Go to the `/all-topics`(for example)
The teaser title and image have the same link redirect.

Proposed resolution

Add js behavior to the teaser -> Clicking anywhere on the teaser has the same redirect as an image or title link
