Ability to add more than Mobile phone type

Problem/Motivation

Hey all! I wrote this patch as we needed to allow in same cases other phone numbers to be used (not just Mobile phone) and instead of creating new field, simply I wrote an extra setting for Mobile Phone Widget.

Seems to work so please use it if it's not as elegant please amend it and give me a shout!
