Is is possible to upgrade from version 2.0?

is it possible to upgrade from version 2.0? I need upgrade to Drupal 10 and it is not working. Thank You.

I tried composer require 'drupal/commerce_demo:3.0.x-dev@dev'

Problem 1
- drupal/commerce_demo dev-3.0.x requires drupal/commerce_kickstart * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.
- drupal/commerce_demo 3.0.x-dev is an alias of drupal/commerce_demo dev-3.0.x and thus requires it to be installed too.
- Root composer.json requires drupal/commerce_demo 3.0.x-dev@dev -> satisfiable by drupal/commerce_demo[3.0.x-dev (alias of dev-3.0.x)].

Potential causes:
- A typo in the package name
- The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting
