Add styles for tables that added via Ckeditor

Problem/Motivation

Add the ability to users add tables with different styles (based on the Bootstrap tables styles)

Steps to reproduce

log in as an admin
create a page
add Table block
add table inside CKeditor field
select table > click on the Styles button
try to select any styles other than Plain table and save the page
compare with design
