Delete my issue fork

We do not delete issue forks in this situation. I have deleted the branch and tag containing the accidental pushes. Housekeeping has run, so the commits should no longer be reachable with git clone --mirror

For future requests like this - please note the branch(es) and tags up front. Issue fork repositories are not deleted for accidental pushes.
