At present test cover is limited to checking menu options are present on page.
I'd like to add some tests that verify the correct response is shown when clicking an option on the tools menu.
Note that checking functionality, such as clearing cache, is challenging, so I'm not looking at that for now. The tests will check that the correct response, e.g. "All caches cleared", is shown when a tool is selected.
Add tests that verify response when command is selected.
Write new tests. Verify pass.
