[PP-1] Implement client side search for the library

Overview

The component / section library has a search, which allows users to filter the list of sections/components using keywords.

Proposed resolution

1. Search should use "fuzzy matching"
2. Search should hide options that don't match the search
3. Search hides the category accordions and displays them inline with the result
4. If keyword matches category, it should display all components under the category
5. The first option is automatically "selected" to insert with enter
