Exclude node title checkbox does not appear on Gutenberg

Problem/Motivation

This module allows users to hide the title on content types. However, if Gutenberg is set as the format for the content type, the checkbox is not visible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create content type and use Gutenberg as the editor
2. Install the exclude node title module
3. Go the configuration page of the node title module and set the content type with Gutenberg as the editor to "User defined nodes" and check full content and teaser.
4. Ensure that full content and teaser view is available on the manage display tab of the content type settings.

5. Add checkbox to content type that uses Gutenberg editor
