I found out that as soon as you activate the preview page for a form, the confirmation email is not sent at all. No exceptions or errors are thrown out. There are also no errors in the logs. The entry is saved as normal as a DRAFT, but the email does not arrive. As soon as you turn off the preview page, everything works fine.
I am testing with Drupal 10.3.6 version and php version: 8.1.29
