Add a workspace log message when a review is approved or rejected

Problem/Motivation

It's difficult for workspace editors to view log messages entered when a reviewer approves or rejects an approval request.

Let's ensure that log messages can be found from an intuitive locations

Proposed resolution

One potential way to address this would be to create a workspace log message in its workflow history that reads:

approved this workspace. View additional details.

Where the link takes the user to see the notes and other details related to the request entity that was approved/rejected.
