Steps to Reproduce

  1. log in as an admin
  2. install modules with Y Small in its name
  3. create a Landing page LB
  4. add Icon Grid block
  5. check if the user can add CTA button to the Icon Grid item

Actual Result

The user can’t add CTA to the Icon Grid item
