Cart-block--summary__count issue in Bootstrap 5 SASS themes

I have a question. I'm creating a new theme with Bootstrap 5 SASS, and I notice that the cart-block--summary__count doesn't appear, and I can't see what's in the cart. I tried a few other SASS themes, and the same thing happens with all of them. Is there a solution to this problem or am i missing something?
