Problem/Motivation

The issue template when you create an issue in any project has discrepancies. All of the bullets except Proposed resolution have h3 tag, whereas Proposed resolution has h4.

Steps to reproduce

Just create an issue in any project.

Proposed resolution

Replace h4 with h3 in Proposed resolution in the issue template.

    It seems like the only one with h4 is Steps to reproduce, which makes sense because it can be considered to be inside Problem/Motivation.

    All the others seem to be h3, including Proposed resolution.

    Note that this template can be changed per project, so maybe somebody in a issue that you created might have change that template, otherwise it seems to be working as designed (see the description itself of this issue as example).

    Yes, this is works as designed, the steps to reproduce are part of the problem/motivation.
