How to migrate TBMM 3.x (Settings) from one Drupal Site to another

Problem/Motivation

I have a working The Better Mega Menu (v. 3.0.0-alpha4) running on a development site in a subdomain on a shared hosting account.

The dev site is essentially the same drupal distribution of Open Social on Drupal and currently running Drupal v. 9.5.11 as the Production site.

Primarily because it was a while ago that I set up the menu (and style sheet in my theme), and do not remember the trials and tribulations I went through (or the final results), it seems that it would be easier to somehow migrate the TBMM module and all of its settings into the Production site along with an images and or theming files and have little left other than to switch the menus in the Block configuration (I have the Drupal Main Menu enabled only for mobile with a breakpoint, otherwise the TB Mega Menu is in play).

Steps to reproduce

On a shared hosting account:

1. In a Dev site install, enable, and configure TB Mega Menu
2. Copy or otherwise migrate the TB Mega Menu into the Production site.

Proposed resolution

I am essentially requesting to:

1. Know if this is possible
2. What steps one would take to achieve the goal
