Unable to uninstall Social Embed .

Problem/Motivation

I want to uninstall the "Social Embed" since it is an experiment feature. But I am unable to uninstall this module.

Steps to reproduce

In the "admin/modules/uninstall",
The following reason prevents Social Embed from being uninstalled:
Provides a filter plugin that is in use in the following filter formats: Basic HTML, Full HTML

Disabling the "Basic HTML" and "Full HTML" filters is not an option.
"Disabled text formats are completely removed from the administrative interface, and any content stored with that format will not be displayed. This action cannot be undone."

So I unchecked all the "Enabled filters" in "Basic HTML" and "Full HTML" and even selected the "Text editor" to be None.

Still it is not possible to uninstall this from the admin UI.
