Highligts in diff overlap

Problem/Motivation

When you attempt to translate any string and it has more than one suggestion, highlights in diff overlap. See the attached screenshot. The string ID in the screenshot is 2079668.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to translate any string with more than one suggestion.

Proposed resolution

Reset the padding of highlights.
