Address requires the commerceguys/addressing library.

Problem/Motivation

Hey.... i like to use your module for using drupal commerce.

Steps to reproduce

first at first, iam not able to use composer during using a free webspace without access.
so i've used ludwig before, clearing cache, updated several times my packages to the last versions, but i dont get address running.

yep and ive installed all important librarys (these all marked as installed in ludwig "/admin/reports/packages"),
tryied to activate the address module again, but installed before the librarys in "vendor/commerceguys" next under "addressing"-folder for the addressing-library, "intl"-folder for the intl-library too ( all directly into the folder without extra folder from zip-file e.g: "vendor/commerceguys/addressing/" and not like this: "vendor/commerceguys/addressing/addressing-2.1.1/ )

and now the question is: Why i get this message "Address requires the commerceguys/addressing library." all the time?

the mostly answer on web is: "clear the cache" and what should i say? There is no progress... no with clearing cache and no with rebuilding the cache several times. same with starting the cron-job to indexing my folder-file-structures - no progress :(

Might have more luck asking in the Ludwig queue, I don't use it anymore so I can't help.

@drwilliamhobbs, I believe reading through Ludwig documentation → can help you. For example, what you did by putting the libraries into the vendor folder manually was wrong. This is not how Ludwig works. Please read the documentation.
