Offering to maintain SVG Icon field

Update: I messaged the maintainer via the contact form as per the documentation instructions for the offering to (co-)maintain a module. I also DMed in drupal slack.

@scott_euser Yeah, if you want to add something then go ahead. Some time ago I made significant changes to the module but never really finished it, so it's still in progress. This should not however collide with the current version. If you have any new updates just post it in a separate thread and we'll add it with the next release.
