Recurring order stuck in Draft

I use the AuthorizeNet payment gateway, specifically the Authorize.js method. I ran cron, and a new draft order was created for my test recurring charge, but it stays in draft and is not charged. Is there some other action that needs to be taken to make it auto-charge the customer? Is this module compatible with AuthorizeNet?
