Problem/Motivation

Seeing Drupal CI failures on the composer task related to dependencies.

Example: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/rivet/-/jobs/3056815

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.
  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/core-recommended 11.0.5 -> satisfiable by drupal/core-recommended[11.0.5].
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/iu_paragraphs * -> satisfiable by drupal/iu_paragraphs[dev-1.x, dev-2.0.x, dev-2.1.x, dev-2.2.x, 1.x-dev (alias of dev-1.x), 2.0.0, ..., 2.2.x-dev].
    - drupal/iu_paragraphs 1.x-dev is an alias of drupal/iu_paragraphs dev-1.x and thus requires it to be installed too.

Proposed resolution

Uncertain. Perhaps we can move drupal/iu_paragraphs out of require-dev into require section of composer.json?
