[Accessibility] Links are not underlined

Problem/Motivation

[A] Links are not underlined. Users with color blindness are unable to differentiate the links from the body text if it is not underlined.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Topic.
  2. Add to the `Description` field text and set the link to the couple of words.
  3. Save and check the current links in the description.

Proposed resolution

Add the general text color to the link with an underline with primary color.
