Conflict between drimage_improved when drimage_s3fs is loaded

Problem/Motivation

We are using drimage_s3fs in our project and had an issue in ckeditor with images not loading and it turns out that because drimage_s3fs lib and drimage_improved lib load together they conflict with each other

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Check if drimage_s3fs is loaded and if so don't loade drimage_improved

Note: I tried to add this logic in drimage_s3fs module but varbase_media adds it later.
