Status messages are no longer themed with Bulma's notification classes in Drupal 10.3

TLDR: Drupal 10.3 broke this, there's a patch → ( from CozyDrupalNerd 🐛 10.3 upgrade now missing status-message theme suggestions Postponed ) to unbreak it, and fancy fixes are coming.

Added a patch to the module so it will be installed if your setup supports that ("cweagans/composer-patches" etc).

Tested no-patch workaround; it's good.

For clarity, did this patch get added directly into the dev branch for this theme?

Yes, the patch is in the dev branch.

i really need to do a beta release of 3.x and i guess this probably needs to be backported to 1.x?
