Update base styles, scaling and CTAs

Based on the feedback received and captured here in this doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CsZKfdVe2kF5r_SQ9jX6l3_Om_YpOLti..., the plan is to update base styles page to accommodate the scaling changes and standardize it; and also take into account to standardize CTAs
